gaze at the snow-white peaks of the three sacred mountains in the distance,
and on the last piece of pure land on this water-blue planet,
measure this land with your footsteps,
feel this faith with your heart,
and bring whatever help you can to the children of the Tibetan region.

if you can withstand altitude sickness and tough conditions,

On the silent plateau,

Discover a world of possibilities
Here, the four seasons are vibrantly colorful, as if the heavens have knocked over their palette.
In summer, the landscape is filled with fresh green, dotted with scattered wildflowers adorning the emerald grasslands, contrasting with the snowy white peaks in the distance.
In winter, everything is silent, blanketed in white snow. Stepping on the snowy ground, hearing the crunching sound underfoot feels like a return to childhood.
