Xizhe Xie’s post in 2018 volunteer teacher project
I feel very fortunate to be able to conclude 2018 in such a meaningful way. This activity is different from the simple community activities I used to do，I need to think and plan before teaching, for example to think about the easiest way for children to accept and to improve the pattern of interaction with children etc.
In the process of teaching，my sense of duty increases day by day, I am becoming more familiar with the process of teaching.
Even for a short time, I had a deep relationship with the children.
Summarize experience after daily teaching, find the problems and compare to other people, If there is no change, no encouragement. And I realized It is a really useful skill to improve the work， also in saving the life experiences.
All in all, I was very impressed with this activity, especially after the end，I want to stick to this volunteer activity, I will do my best to help others, even if it is one.
